It’s like I hear the future talking to me Telling me... it’s too late we don’t have a second chance to change where we’re headed But I think we do, we can do whatever we want This goes for every individual You have some ability to make choices ya know What’s your future look like? Here’s mine... I’m here to give you all a vision of the future How I lace my rhyme I bootup like a quantum computer It’s a mission I petition Have em sign to pursue the kind Of rhyming that applies to open minded consumers Do you really want the same old shit? Me and DC created a sound that takes hold quick Brought the 80s in a time machine to space, woah lit Rhyme schemes you never heard how I break the mold kid Cool as Beverly Hills Cop From the place where Beverly Hills got it’s name What a heavenly chill spot With the sound of the future and plentiful skill ha We sentinels guarding the entrance to hip hop Protecting the artform but pushing it to the top This is M-I-T how I get advanced on the M-I-C Engineering to the highest degree (PHD) Like the spaceship that landed that was flying DC Getting stranger by the minute world’s wild to me I would like to see you walk a mile as me Empathy lacking in the trials I see I wanna see a future without lies and deceit You can have society back I kept my receipt (I want to return this) Got the kind of knowledge that you find in the street Plus a read a lot of books cuz I’m kind of a geek How the future looks you’ll wanna hide in the sheets Never let it stop me though from finding some peace There’s a lot of good that’s happening lets try and repeat The future’s not written yet, got my typewriter Protagonist driving something like nightrider Blade Runner vibes, this is cyborg Cy Flying my personal drone into the city and sky 007 is now 11:11 Like MacGyver and Bond with a bomb or a weapon Surviving the fight like I sign autographs At a comic convention so you all pay attention I’m a sci-fi novel that’s less Orwellian Keep the future looking bright While they project just hell and sin Maybe they’re right though But if you study history it’s part of the cycle Start living your life yo You get a second chance Every time you start over I think about it every day when not sober It’s never too late to change the way that you’re living Remember the gift of this life you’ve been given Never said it was easy Sometimes it feels like a prison But there’s freedom within even the hardest position That’s your mind and your vision Keep it aligned with the mission And I’ll keep on hitting you with the rhyming precision Dust yourself off Deflect the glances The future’s unwritten Full of second chances Change your mindset and live gigantic Creatin a story to tell all the grandkids 2X

Neo Tokyo 03:45
Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo We can be ourselves we don’t need your help 2X Like an anime creator When I sketch the future Against the backdrop of cityscapes On motorbikes how I maneuver Kawasaki ninja screaming like a samurai Drifting by in Tokyo like Tetsuo I fantasize Bout a place where it’s always raining To enhance the colors Capture what I’m painting My shell has a ghost inside Cybernetic plates encase my torso Wired to the brain of the host inside Use my eye lens to film a movie Evoking emotion like a KAWS figure Standing beside Mt. Fuji Sippin a boba tea smoothie Hoverboard cruising Just a typical super human In a 1000 languages I’m fluent Unique like a Pokémon From Okinawa how I’m moving Seems like magic but I don’t hold a wand Like a shogun inside a Hokusai print with a kimono on I’m so the don Soldier on like Yakuza when I accuse ya of Going against the clan over a rumor that’s mostly wrong Man a spaceship through different worlds like Animatrix Till I’m spirited away and display my greatness Please excuse my lateness I was saving the world From an alien invasion but I’d like to thank you For patiently waiting Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo We can be ourselves we don’t need your help 2x Kinda like Aang when I rhyme with slang bending words like the Avatar bends wind and rain Neo Tokyo is where they know my name A city built like a simulation game Choose who you wanna be if you’re ready player One, place where you can get away from any hater, done Ride the elevator to the next level Space station docked to a skyscraper Never settle Go beyond fantasy it’s never final In the future people still love listening to vinyl Acceptance of any style with no denial Never put on trial or held liable If you could redo I bet you’d smile Or pause the moment to think it through Before you get too wild Hopefully we get the chance to advance To Neo Tokyo you’re listening to a blueprint of its plan Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo Here in Neo Tokyo We can be ourselves we don’t need ya help 2X This society you can’t opt out Like Danganrompa you can’t drop out But you can find a place where the rules don’t apply Neo Tokyo, the city in the sky City in the sky... city in the sky... Mr. Deeds 03:40
Call me Mr. Deeds I give you what you need Call me Mr. Deeds I give you what you need You have a choice to make now How you gonna live your life from now on Which pill are you gonna take is it the red or the blue Don’t make a mistake 2X Me and DC are another species He creates the beats and I read the tea leaves Call me Mr. Deeds How I give you what you need Every single symphony how I bring you up to speed Then I bring you up to see What the world’s like from 100,000 feet Exposing scenery that surrounds the boundary Beyond what you’ve ever seen Not a vast conspiracy you just weren’t experiencing What you didn’t know existed Because you didn’t go the distance Because you didn’t want to risk it Knowledge doesn’t come to just because you wish it You have a choice to make now How you gonna live your life from now on Which pill are you gonna take is it the red or the blue Don’t make a mistake You have a choice to make now How you gonna live your life from now on Which pill are you gonna take is it the red or the blue Don’t make a mistake Let me take you on a grand tour Time to explore hope your cups empty ready to pour You ain’t ever tried tea like this before This hits a different way when it opens your pours Opens your mind helps you connect with the force Question everything you believe and it’s source Indoctrination is a type of enslavement Like the real you getting smashed on the pavement Shattered to pieces in a scattered arrangement Hard to piece together we don’t have replacement That’s why you need to be careful what you read Careful what you watch, careful what you believe Careful how your thoughts construct truth from a seed That was never meant to grow now it’s a towering tree Ideology presumes to have all the answers Like compressed images on a smaller canvas Pixelated not in HD Just a small glimpse like an inmate see Telling you that your truth is crazy Is a form of gaslighting please break free Validate yourself don’t search for acceptance You can only give yourself what you’re expecting Confidence comes by refining perspective And knowing that your truth isn’t something collective You have a choice to make now How you gonna live your life from now on Which pill are you gonna take is it the red or the blue Don’t make a mistake 2X Call me Mr. Deeds I give you what you need Call me Mr. Deeds I give you what you need

How much do you understand about reality I bet your more concerned with what you’re taking home in salary Which is understandable since you got mouths to feed And schedules for every day and what you’re doing hourly Now we can’t see stars in the sky All the city lights got us got us lost and deprived Losing ourselves until we awkwardly die Never understanding how we got here and why Don’t look up keep that screen in your face How many live here without seeing the place Living in the closet of a mansion estate Never seen the great room no plan to escape While you’re here, live it up But don’t miss the point stop givin up Connect with your body, within is a Antenna to the universe tune it up Is anybody out there??? Out there??? Who can tell me how we got here, got here? I’m never gonna stop asking Or trying to figure out how this all happened 2X Tune in to the galactic station God’s radio let’s have a mass awakening It’s not a lie or a fabrication You can talk to God if you have the patience It’s called intuition Cultivate that it’s not superstition It’s not that hard to make a true prediction Just gotta read the signs and use your vision Adjust the dial, E-S-P Society wants you to be less free Tune out the noise change frequencies Breath in, breath out, new sequencing Travel within so you can know what is out there As above so below encoding what’s out there Filling the space with information That’s where I get my words when you say I create them Is anybody out there??? Out there??? Who can tell me how we got here, got here? I’m never gonna stop asking Or trying to figure out how this all happened 2X 11:11, when I see that I’m connected to heaven Not the place that you go I mean embrace your reflection Create your reality make it the best and Place your hating to rest then Get to making success friend Be one with your potential The universe will play your request then You are your best friend In case you’re new to the lesson I’m mentally ill and I don’t mean clinically I mean my ability to not think cynically Victory is seeing life vividly Paint a picture beautifully cuz I use asymmetry Universel language is understanding Projecting love is the one commandment Dismiss compliments that are underhanded White magic with my words so I won’t do damage Is anybody out there??? Out there??? Who can tell me how we got here, got here? I’m never gonna stop asking Or trying to figure out how this all happened 2X

The mission is possible Despite all the obstacles With enough sacrifice Life is remarkable Temper your mindstate Make it unstoppable Forging an iron will For most isn’t probable I’ve done it before though I know it’s demonstrable Struggle every day tryn to give up the pot of gold Good weed, but then I smoke and I cough and choke Chasing the dragon who I’m paying a lot of tolls Telling myself that it’s helping me focus With ADHD what I struggle to cope with My habit’s productive but utterly hopeless At the same time, so I try to be stoic Being successful as well as a failure See a paradox in my life as a trailer So put your hands up if you struggle with something We’re all addicted to some type of dysfunction Warrior of euphoria I’m my personal torturer We’re all fighting a battle within Sometimes we can’t conquer all the madness and sin We’re all fighting a battle within Even when we try hard it’s like we have to give in I’m truly addicted in so many ways People and places, intangible things Feeling disgrace in the habits I cling to Really equates to handling pain All the Medical drugs plus drugs on the street So much liquor we chug, it’s barely food that we eat Flood of worrying thoughts, lots of drama we seek Get a chemical buzz, then we gamble and cheat Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat Selfishly love means abusin the weak Is it really a favor every day of the week? Some people use violence in the way that they speak It all starts early in the way we communicate The struggles we been through What we consume and ate It’s hard to change your life Unless you embrace mistakes Please don’t give up Cuz you get to choose your fate Warrior of euphoria I’m my personal torturer We’re all fighting a battle within Sometimes we can’t conquer all the madness and sin We’re all fighting a battle within Even when we try hard it’s like we have to give in

It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing It feels like the world’s run out of fuel On a trip around the sun on a crowded cruise Been winning so long but we’re bout to lose Trying hard to land on some ground that’s smooth Trying to steer a ship not equipped to move This is not what you learn about in school If you don’t learn from history you play the fool Cycles repeat that’s the only rule Politics, race, divisiveness, hate All seem worse in a purposeful way This is what happens when people can’t pay For a regular life from working all day This has been repeated over and over for centuries even See I been sitting back, studying, reading Trying to figure out everything that I’m seeing And what I should believe in It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing Principles of each and every season, Debt cycle, credit cycle grow when it begin Macroeconomics I study on the weekend Read Ray Dalio to understand the reasons Why we’re all indebted to a system that’s egregious Starts out great after conflict ceases Age of prosperity New World Reset Redistribute wealth to ones that ready need it Middle class built up, yup they achieved it Post war era, peace and achievement Pretty soon people spending like they really need it When they only want it, this is where the greed gets Bigger than the caution Which will lead to regrets Distrust grows from the population’s woes Borrowing expands as economies grow Printing lots of money Inflation takes hold It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing Central banks basically control everything Depending on the lever that they pull that’s leveraging Interest rates verse growth that they’re measuring Printing paper money that’s not worth anything This creates a boom then a bust that’s menacing Excesses of the wealthy that they’re replenishing Until they can’t pay back the debt they’re hemorrhaging This will get repeated because we’re not remembering What happened last time wasn’t in our lifetime So we don’t consider it can happen next time Thinkin that we’re just fine, this is not the last time It feels like the first time, thinkin it’s the worst time We get really hurt by, things we don‘t predict Because we didn’t use our third eye Learning how to derive, gotta see the patterns Expansion, contraction, it’s a crash landing But I think we’ll survive It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing It’s the only way to get down from here’s To crash land, a crash landing

Break Free 03:12
Feel the heat That’s the fire This the sound of the future Hope it might inspire Came back in time So I could sing y’all this It’s time to break free from our ignorance Wake up, wake up How I’m shaking em Alarm going off but it ain’t waking em We call this hypnosis But I’m trying to break through with Gnosis The hope is it’s not hopeless Focus, like my state of mind when I wrote this All it takes is to strike a cord like this note is Only question is though did you notice Lots of sheep in the herd I see Always flocking to absurdity Mentally we should probably be in the infirmary Instead of admitting truth their committing perjury A Mason in the third degree I do a lot of work on me Helping out mankind with a sense of urgency 100 years from now earth looks a lot different Uninhabitable, so I’m back on a mission I came to make music that’s filled with all wisdom So we can put a stop to destroying our kingdom Feel the heat That’s the fire This the sound of the future Hope it might inspire Came back in time So I could sing y’all this It’s time to break free from our ignorance Pretty soon we’re gonna have a nuclear war Leaving the earth a wasteland that’s the future in store Some will find a way to escape to Mars Thanks to Elon Musk despite his major flaws The environment was already taxed Destruction too much to take in the wake of the blast Runnin out of water clean enough to drink Billions died fast pushed past their brink Only one ship full made it off alive 6 months on earth before the last of us died 500 people made it to the red planet One of em was my grandmother pregnant and abandoned Gave birth on Mars a refugee in panic Struggled to keep going until they learned how to manage Telling me stories of the earth in its prime Then we made a time machine so we could turn back time

We lost all of our history and we don’t know who we are Cuz we won’t believe our ancestors And what they carved into the rock And we’re losing all our senses while we numb ourselves with pride We don’t want to face reality While we kill everything in sight I’m with DC the ancient alien With knowledge too hard to find to ask a librarian Written on the tablets carved by Sumerians You’ll find the answers that historians are burying The problem is discovery breeds arrogance Once we tell a story we don’t want variants But who’s the storyteller in the history books It’s disciples of the powerful descendants of the crooks They don’t even know that their lens is all tainted Like a crazy filter on the picture that they’re painting Like a new age upon us where we take a different stance Assuming that we’re studying a culture that’s advanced A gap in history that we never got explained Challenges the past and the place from whence we came We explain away the myths and science it resists But now we have more enlightened astrophysicists We lost all of our history and we don’t know who we are... (REFRAIN) Did you know the name for God is Tetragrammaton The way that he’s described you can bet they have it wrong The power source that made the pyramids a power plant Created resonance within the stone throughout the land Taken out by Moses and traveled across the sand And brought into the temple of the King Solomon The holiest of holies, the ark of the covenant Protected from within until the templars discovered it The place where Muhammad was taken up to heaven Is where the ark sat man the irony’s impressive Schematics for the tree of the life The mysteries of Kabbalah Traditions all connected but our history is badly flawed Ignoring what they told us assuming it’s a myth Suspend your disbelief and there’s less you’re gonna miss The ancients were advanced and they understood this, God is Geometry, decoded consciousness We lost all of our history and we don’t know who we are... (REFRAIN) Tibetan book of the dead Filled me with a lotta hope Death is something I don’t dread Knowing how it’s gonna go Traveling the in-between With apparitions like a dream Testing that I’m ready for An incarnation yet to be Emancipation of the soul From the vessel I’ve controlled Time is all relative The universe I’m just as old As above so below A fundamental principle Of Hermetic doctrine The Emerald Tablet’s integral Hermes Trismegistus Thoth in the Hieroglyphs Ever seen the stones Egyptians carved with the flying ships How do you explain Colombian artifacts Looking like airplanes with the parts exact Crop circles in the field Stone Henge magnetism Megaliths in Lebanon from Babylon they cannot lift em Visited Coral Castle what a wonder that I saw So much in the world that will leave you struck with awe

Future Time 03:33
Our world is suffering so we must do something... It’s time to get up and go To a future time I really think it’s crazy though How we lose our minds If you could journey far and wide You would see all we can provide For the whole world to survive We gotta wake up and change our lives Picture this No nefariousness Everyone coexists It’s a paradigm shift The Age of Aquarius It started the scariest But part of experiments Is blowin up laboratories And rebuilding, that was an allegory Sometimes it’s sad they only see half the story Limited by what they imagine I think it’s more than sad when our society seems like it’s started collapsin We’re lacking compassion But this too will pass and The issues will last but fade into the past We misuse our time and complain all the time About not having time but how long will that last It’s time to get up and go To a future time I really think it’s crazy though How we lose our minds If you could journey far and wide You would see all we can provide For the whole world to survive We gotta wake up and change our lives I see the progress hidden within this hot mess Innovation happens regardless During times of conflict is when people get the smartest A future time that we all design like artists Not to downplay what could play out no We must be vigilant with how we make out though The cycles will continue But how we choose to live through The times we’re moving into Could save our souls I see the world gettin better indeed A future time here that we desperately need It’s tough to make it through The excesses and all the greed But on the other side of this we’ll feel eventually free It’s time to get up and go To a future time...

about

Future Time is an album about choosing to participate in creating a better future, at a time when our future has never looked more ominous. We can still choose to move forward differently but it all starts from within ourselves on an individual level. That being said, this album isn't meant to be too serious. It's meant to be inspirational and fun as well as deep and introspective. It's got something for everyone inside a futuristic hip hop soundscape, with elements of nostalgic 80s rock underneath that support it. On top of DC The MIDI Alien's signature drums and reminiscently obscure samples, are DJ Slipwax's technical turntable prowess, complimented on five tracks by guitar riffs and solos by the extremely talented Damien Nolan. Travel through space and to the future with me where anything is possible.
